How do I book an event?
Complete the event- request form on our contact page, or click “Book” under the appropriate package description. We will follow up with you within 24 hours.
Can the slides be setup outdoors?
Absolutely YES!!! The rental area must be flat, and free of debris. No dirt or gravel. If there is thunder in the forecast, we will not set up outside. In the event of thunder, the equipment must be moved or covered to prevent demage
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be received at least 7 days prior to your event. The booking fee will be converted into a credit that can be transferred to a booking on another date.
Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice will result in the loss of the $100 booking fee credit. The only exception to this is inclement whether. (Please see the cancellation policy in the Terms and Conditions)
When is my balance due?
A $50 booking fee per bounce house will be required to secure your requested event date. The remaining balance will be due within 24 hours of your event. Failure to pay the balance within that time frame will result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of your booking fee.
