Rain Policy/Payment Policy

All Payments Are Non-refundable

It is the customer’s decision to cancel the rental due to weather. (we won’t can cel on you – we can set up rain or shine! So, it is totally your decision.) Your payment can be applied toward another rental within one year (like a rain check – you won’t lose your money!).

To receive the Rain Check, or Credit, you must inform us of your decision to cancel due to weather before rental items are delivered.

Once delivery crew arrives onsite we will not provide any rain checks, and you must move forward with the rental. Changing the booking date, or cancelling, for any reason other than inclement weather will result in the loss of your payment and/or rescheduling fees.

When Booking Online:

If you choose a “Start Time” of 10am or earlier we usually deliver the day before your party. If you choose an “End Time” of 6pm or later we usually pick up the following day. (no extra charge for
this!)

Our insurance meets all the requirements to set up at local parks. There is a $99 processing fee to provide the insurance that Parks Departments require.

Delivery Rules

Delivery set up and pick up $25
If you don’t reside in the jurisdiction of Jacksonville FL and within a 30 mile radius there will be fees
charge a delivery fee over 20 miles. Just raised it to $7/mile one way or $1.75/mile round trip twice.

Cleaning Fee ($50 RETAINER)

If we have silly string, food, trash, etc., we will keep the retainer. This will be required at delivery. If there’s no need for housekeeping the retainer fee will be given back.
